License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your payment of the license fee and compliance with this Agreement, Carnage grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use one copy of the Software on a single computer that you own or control
• Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access updates and support services as provided by Carnage

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Share your license key with others or enable unauthorized users to access the Software
• Exploit the Software for commercial purposes

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Carnage retains ownership of the Software and all intellectual property rights therein. This License grants you only the right to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Payments and Refunds

The license fee for the Software is a one-time payment of $20.00 USD for lifetime access. Payment must be made in full before you can access or use the Software.

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. However, in rare cases where the Software is completely non-functional through no fault of the user, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Carnage.

5. Features and License Details

The Carnage Software includes the following features accessible with your license:

6. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Carnage reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you are found to be in violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CARNAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USING AUTOMATION TOOLS MAY VIOLATE ROBLOX'S TERMS OF SERVICE AND MAY RESULT IN ACTIONS BEING TAKEN AGAINST YOUR ROBLOX ACCOUNT(S). YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SOFTWARE.

8. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Carnage regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of operation without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
