Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Carnage Roblox Automation Tool ("the Service", "our Service", "the Software") operated by Carnage ("us", "we", "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. License
Carnage grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license is for a single user and may not be shared or transferred.
You must purchase a separate license for $20.00 USD to access and use the service. Your license is valid for the lifetime of the product unless revoked for terms violations.
2. Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of Roblox's Terms of Service. While we provide tools for automation, you bear full responsibility for how you use them.
You specifically agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the software to any third party
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the Service for any illegal activities
- Share your license key with others
- Attempt to bypass any security measures or license validation
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage or overburden Roblox's systems
3. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Carnage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and for all activities that occur using your license. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account and license key.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Carnage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Roblox website can be found at www.roblox.com.
The use of automation tools may violate Roblox's Terms of Service. You understand and agree that you use our Service at your own risk, and that we provide no guarantees regarding account safety or avoiding detection by Roblox's systems.
